Any future administrator probably wouldn't be able to ship or sell PLL allocation so JV commercial agreement would be technically voided and SYA would be able to do whatever. I said it all long PLL we're always riding on the coat tails of SYA. I also think Telsa will be in trouble as their competitiveness is eroded- all the big car makers are making up significant ground.
