A person's right is the ability to order others either to do or not do something and in order to be effective it has to come with sanctions attached to it. In other words, the existence of a right implies the existence of an obligation. that only can become effective when the state can invoke its coercive powers to enforce it. The enforcement by the coercive powers of the state do cost money to implement.
If you want to stop theft disguised as taxation, a very noble thing to aim for, I suggest you should consider forming the Empty Noses Nonsense Party and go from there.
