To a layman (me) who has never built a Lithium Carbonate DLE Sample Demonstration Plant????
As a boilermaker and pressure vessel fabricator, I am confident that I could build it with clear drawings, P&IDs, civils, etc.
I'm not sure what your actually asking.
I would genuinely expect to see the things that I listed but couldn't comment specifically on the layout thereof. Suffice to say that it seems appropriate to me.
Have you got any thoughts or concerns?
