I asked Tom who is on the list executive team back in October if the roads leading to Luni was sealed or unsealed. His answer was that they had good road infrastructure, but more importantly given how prized Niobium is ($30,000 - $40,000 per tonne), they could fundamentally truck this stuff and make good coin
