I figure we will see some news be it IP, revenue from older relationships this year im pretty certain on that. Why?

If you read the LDA agreement they will issue LDA 40 million shares with an obligation to raise atleast %12 million. That works out to 30 cents a share about 80% north of our current SP.

Now that is a confident and bold move on BRN part based on how things are currently. If we where to show no traction in 2024 the SP would likely go down Im sure the market would punish them more.

So what would drive the SP north of 30 cents and also account for the 40 million shares to be absorbed by buyers that we do not know.

I'm sure that target would be hit with a few IP deal or seeing some revenue from royalties and products. I would assume they will base the price on royalty or product revenue so something will pop up. Their expectation what they sold was to wow us with growth so its possible.

I think that BRN will raise $12 plus million even if they were to raise $40 or $30 million I think that management will go for the full dollar amount cause even if we made a break even $ the business needs to spend on advertising Tape outs of 2.0 and likely 3.0 all in the next year or so so there is a need for dollars.

So there has to be some stuff comming in the pipe in the next few quarters IMO.
