Yes well summed up there! Put together in a logical way for all holders. I have similar calcs but didn’t do the 80/20 rule due to the extremely positive nature of the gold market as a whole. I have a minimum potential takeover offer of 10c and that’s if it is a steal! Very very conservative! Which I highly doubt it would ever be allowed to happen. The current market would not allow it.
Just like any property of business is valued in their respective positive market conditions, they go for a premium when more competition arrives. Which I believe would likely happen, so if this stock was in a bidding war it would go for over 20c with time imo. 3-4moz at an advanced stage in WA is not easy to find. That’s almost 10x plus upside from here. Goes to show how oversold we are.
