so there is definitely a battery manufacturer close to signing a commercial deal !!!!!! contract proposal with them. now the next is using some dot joining.

Significantly, anode formulation and scale up was successfully transferred to a third- party manufacturer, who completed on time delivery of the anode to the EV company. The first successful manufacturing run confirms the ability of contracted anode manufacturers to scale-up the slurry mix containing Anteo X into a larger scale manufacturing process and represents a key validation point in the development and commercial adoption of our Anteo X product.



we have a 3rd party anode manufacturer that has delivered a completed production run of our high silicon anode and delivered it to ev1.


- they delivered the anode material to ev1. they know who ev1 is ( there is a level of trust and obviously a NDA agreement signed)
- if we compare the technical transfer of eugeni to operon and the hurdles they had, we must have been dealing with this  company for a long period of time. the chance of a successful production run 1st up is unlikely.
- they were willing to set up and tool a production run for us, that was successful. setting up a unique production run isn't insignificant and they would only have received a small cash reimbursement. so with the relationship b/w the 2 companies what further testing would need to done before a deal is signed ?
