Or sloppy posters on HC not bothering to google what the requirements are under the ASX listing rules.
1) I believe an Appendix 3F needs to be filed after the buyback is finished - not sure if this is necessarily provided as a market announcement (it doesn't contain anything that isnt already available).
2) Then the Appendix 3H (cessation of securities) has to be lodged within 5 business days of the Appendix 3F
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but to firstly imply that its because CPS/DP/BRK are lazy without researching is pretty cr*p.
