As I have already written, the only official communication (press release) from Sizzle, dated 28.12.2023, refers to the vote on the merger, date 23.01.2024, virtual.
The invitations by letter to the shareholders were sent out on 26.12.
Unless I read anything else officially, this is current for me.

Logical, speculative thoughts:

I send out invitations on 26.12.2023 for the meeting on 23.01.2024 with the reason approval of the merger.

A week later on January 3, 2024, it occurs to me, oh that's going to be tight, we have to extend the deadline first and send out notices to shareholders again without a date for voting on the deadline extension?
If there is supposedly no vote on the merger on January 23 and apparently no vote on the extension of the deadline (because there is no date yet),
what else is there to vote on?
Or is the meeting on 23.01.2024 officially canceled ?
