W7 definitely wasn't on the radar till about July/August last year IIRC. That's not to say it isn't the right decision. When I was thinking about the potential sequence and timelines of what fields will come online while I was updating my DCF model, it would actually make more sense for STX to bring OH online before WE because 25TJ/d from WE has been contracted to CSBP. So even if the domgas policy is changed to a 50% reservation, STX will struggle to export much gas because all of Walyering, SE phase 1 and 25TJ/d of WE gas have been contracted for domestic sale.
If OH is to come online, they can export all of that gas and still fulfil its 50% dom gas sale requirement.
