One word - 'conjecture'. You keep referring and speculating about this shareholder agreement and how it protects PLL. I didn't bring up the shareholder agreement - you did, yet you have no proof it exists or indeed of its contents. Show me the shareholders agreement and its contents that protect PLL that you keep referring to. Complete rubbish. PLL have an off take for 50% of production, what more protection do you need? You want to install the perception of a minority shareholder veto over whether the mine can operate profitably at the expense of 75% shareholders-surely not?
