Yes, they mentioned what they would do if the power plant could not be put back into operation in a timely manner. The power plant has now been out of operation for almost a year. The alternative would be to bring the material to the converter by truck. Anything but ideal. The power plant is right next to Vulcan. That would be perfect. But transporting the raw materials with trucks from another region is certainly not ideal and was certainly not planned that way.
