Tbh a lot needs to change not just a CEO imo with all the warning announcements lack of transparency the list goes on. In Ci1’s circumstances It really isn’t hard to make the decision of change (about the easiest thing on earth imo) the only difficulty understanding is why the changes weren’t made earlier.
The ship has sailed long enough with the same crew to suggest new and better is non negotiable and give the respect Ci1 deserves imo
