curious to see what price the company will/can raise at now, and the timing. Are sophisticated investors prepared to stump up capital at 10c ie. 20MC (this ignores performance shares and oppies) with likely free attaching oppies. I suspect a raise price equivalent to 15MC or less with some free attaching oppies maybe palatable. Maybe a fully underwritten SPP to retail with attaching oppies might be more of a goer to raise at a higher price.
