    Phenomenal growth in the US considering it was looking almost certain insurers would cease to cover the procedure. The fact they could get a 65% increase is crazy, I was worried it was going to be a dud half year and sales would be flat, as is the case for SGHT. Next half should be substantially bigger now that the LCD is gone for good
