That’s because markets are forward looking. Of course you know that, but hey, keep beating your drum.
Where do we go. Well, supply will drop off as high cost producers mothball, new projects don’t get funded, DLE goes back into the too hard too costly basket and incumbents with low costs such as PLS make a killing again in the next cycle back to incentive pricing and the whole wheel completes another circle.
Simples. Don’t get yourself too hung up on it.
