ATV approx 1.25 million ozs in ground value is A$1.7 Billion. If you give Wally the money to spend on exploration in Nova Scotia he is likely to find another 5 million ozs. Assuming you value gold at US$1000 less extraction cost of say $550 that give a takeover value in a bull market of US$450oz and with exploration upside of 5 million ozs discovery by Wally that would imply potential value of US$2 billion just waiting for Wally to have the budget to find it which he will have once they start mining Touquoy. Easy to see the share price at $4.50 if they can get the show on the road and mine Touquoy giving Wally the necessary funds to do what he does best which is find gold. If gold goes ballistic and Atlantic Gold can bring Touquoy into production then $4.50 would be conservative.
Everything depends on Touquoy going into production as that will generate the exploration budget to allow Wally to fully explore the Nova Scotia Goldfields and apply his skills. He found 11 Million ozs with Plutonic and considering how underexplored the Nova Scotia Goldfields are compared to Western Australia and with the Canadians not having the open pit expertise that Wally has, good projects are likely to be sitting there waiting for someone who knows what they are doing to apply themselves to it and Wally has the skillset required.
