Of course, it is presumptuous to argue that every house is constructed by someone.
The fact that you have seen houses constructed by someone means that you have presumptuously extrapolated to every house.
You also presumptuously extrapolate that to all things being constructed by God except for the "someones" who you say constructed every house.
