Plough, I tried to make sense of your comment by looking at quoted company annual reports. I found it very hard to know what information would be comparable to the proposed operation for NWC.

A similar underground Cu project in Az (Santa Cruz) was subject to an initial assessment in Sept 2023 (owned by Ivanhoe Electric) with many Cu interests in US (founded by R Friedland) assumed USD43/tonne for Onsite Operating Costs (mining, processing, G&A). To further mitigate such a large cost miscalculation I note that NWC has been subject to 2 recent bouts of Due Diligence which should have highlighted any major anomaly in cost assumptions.
