It would be very interesting to see the books on drilling costs, capital allocation. I understand Serge Ngandu has equity in the/a drilling company. Since RCCM.CD is down it is hard to ascertain attributions,
I do not make an opinion on any conflict of interest. And i have never seen AVZ make a statement on Serge Ngandu's interest in the or a drilling company and if it is contracted with AVZI.
I've often thought drilling is needed to keep the lights on with DRC Manono locals.
