Mine tailings: Waste not, want not
In this article, which is 2 years old it says Patrick Walta was Managing Director. of New Century Resources a mining, but tailings management and economic rehabilitation company. This article is worth speed reading.
PATRICK WALTA DIRECTOR OF FUTURE ELEMENTS AUSTRALIA"In 2009, Patrick co-founded Raging Bull Group, an innovative organisation dedicated to the acquisition and sustainable rehabilitation of historic mine sites, prioritising the economic extraction of remnant mineralisation. Raging Bull Group has managed interests in several mining and water treatment assets since inception."
Why I find these link interesting is not only that Patrick Walta was New Century Resources, which has joined Sibanye. Stillwater, https://www.sibanyestillwater.com/. https://www.newcenturyresources.com/ New Century has joined Sibanye-Stillwater
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-cnq-signs-distribution-agreement-for-ata-in-south-africa.7255465/
"Clean TeQ Water will partner with Stitchwise to introduce the ATA™ technology into the underground backfill market in South Africa. Stitchwise manufactures geotextile backfill bags at their factory in Carletonville and their subsidiary, Underground Technical Consultants Pty Ltd operates as the consulting and servicing arm of the group, managing several underground operators and supervisors that ensure backfill placement is done safely."
So my thinking is maybe there is a connection with the ATA technology, Sibanye-Stillwater, New Century Resources and the Managing Director, Patrick Walta, and Future Elements.
News of https://futureelement.com/, which is a private company, has gone a bit quiet lately.
Also CleanTeq management are a bit quiet as to what is happening in the background of the company dealing with.
A common theme or add on to and Announcement is:
" discussions with potential customers who are interested",
"Multiple agreements with mining companies to be secured",
"Clean TeQ has forged strong partnerships, with several projects in the design stage, poised to scale up in FY24, marking a promising second half of CY23"
Personally I believeCleanTeq will succeed, but don't expect any rise in the share value until we get a few good commercial deals.
