full allocation received today, page-46

Just got a reply back from an enquiry to Computershare - the register for CCC. I asked wehn i could expect to recieve them, and they replied


"We advise that the allotment date for shares obtained in the 2010 Share Purchase Plan (SPP) will be on the 21st September 2010.

The SPP statements will be posted on or about the 23rd September 2010."

Does this meant that shares that appear in accounts (incidentally, I haven't seen any turn up in my account) are not able to be traded until the 21st, or does it mena that shares shouldn't have been allocated yet or ????
