I cant get my head around this either. The explorers that are needed to find the future supply for the majors are being crushed so badly, most are struggling to raise enough to keep exploring, yet the majors are not offering up the chump change to sign JV's?????
The government who are full retard on this green revolution are providing little assistance either.
Seems like both parties want a future shortage
