One of the problems that I hope isn't causing the lack of communication is that people from the subcontinent don't like communicating bad news and will do everything possible to avoid communicating bad news or saying no. Its been more than 20 days since they were supposed to start production and if they haven't then that is 20 days of extra expense / no revenue / no profit - and that is material and would be a breach of their continuous disclosure obligations to shareholders that is laid out by the ASX.
