Ann: Update on scheme and CY23 outlook, page-9

Lots of the valuations were done 6 mths ago when the outlook was for El Nino type weather. Since then the farming outllook has substantially improved. This is not a good deal for shareholders!!!!!... Just PE seeing an opportunity to make a quid at the expense of long term shareholders.... And the board are old & tired of it all and want out, with all the benefits that ordinary shareholders do not get.
