Hi Boiler,
If we only had 160 million shares we would have a share price closer to 70 cents.
Regardless of the share price you can drill a lot more wells with 70 million than you can with 7 million.
Not sure of your angle but you obviously are refusing to give the share price any future potential of which this company has plenty.
