This is an excellent post, Tooheys8.
The insight into APSEC's thinking is illuminating. The reference to a private equity structure is interesting. If, say, the company were to be privatised with, hypothetically, APSEC with 45%, The Doc with 45% and the CEO with 10%, it would remove many of the compliance issues. It would also give locked-in shareholders a chance to cash up.
The question really is this: is the company worth $20 million ?
