    Mining exists in most countries in Europe so i dont discount europe as untouchable. Norway has a 22% corporate tax rate which is very reasonable. If ADT can get an underground mine up and running in bosnia then Norway is no exception. I mean, Norway are happy to drill the seabed in the artic ( and we all know how ridiculous that is) they cant be complete Greenies.

    and when that fails.. they will look back to earth and see who's operating responsibly.
