you don't pay tax when you die do you? - you are actually dead!.............it's the other's (beneficiaries) that have to pay that out of what ever $$ (estate) you leave behind. (just means less in your estate to share for whom ever you leave it to) If there is nothing left in your estate when you leave the living.....I'm sure no one else needs to pay your taxes/debts out.
Have I got that wrong? I've never really believed that saying hey - a bit like "shit always flows down the line" (words coming from bosses)......never really agreed with that either.
