I just got my first letter in the mail, and already recieved the LTM shares in stake and superhero a few days ago.
To answer my own previous question about capital gains tax, section 9 of the scheme booklet suggests most of us will have a choice of whether to treat it as a CGT event, pending approval by the ATO of a class ruling, which is supposed to be put up on the Allkem website. Don't see it there yet.
