Those appropriations mg mentioned around the nuclear fuel security act and the cash for innovative technology are more key things for Gle i think.
I've got a feeling that they would be after licencing funding from the haleu pot, with Leu funding being what Gle would primarily go for.
Dare we hope that it will be sorted in the current sitting of congress?
