Norfolk, don't believe 450k is anyone taking a position but over 50mil shares traded for today and the previous week with the number of million shares trades popping up every so often during the day resulting in large total trades for the day is not rose coloured glasses and with a rising share price .. great opportunity for someone to accumulate at or around 1... 2 cents. What's in the wind?
