that's actually not true
some land in the DJ doesn't even get a bid

To take one sale at $5900 an acre and exTRAPolate it over the whole DJ basin is nonsense and inaccurate.

Extrapolate:
"1. Extend the application of (a method or conclusion, esp. one based on statistics) to an unknown situation by assuming that existing trends will continue or similar methods will be applicable."

to top it off, Enercom have put out a NPV today for the royalty of US$56m.
I have earlier estimated the value at up to $100m based on projected EUR and well spacings, but that was with no discount.

somewhere between $50-100m (low-high) I feel is best guesstimate for now on the ORRI.
