Interesting that the company has not released an update of any kind regarding the deal.
The only reason I can think of for this is that there is more than one party involved (multiple suiters). I can only assume that larger companies involved do not have to disclose or TH as this deal is so small for them that it would not have a material impact on their SP. If it is a private company then it is internal with no requirement to make public.
I have heard the $2 number referred to over the past couple of years which stacks up when you do the math.
MC has no need to give Robe Mesa away cheaply. He simply does not need the money. So I'm expecting a good deal.
