Yeah well a bit of cursory research shows this is cheap but N.Star obviously thought non feasible. Found the following from small caps regarding Ashburton and the 1.4 mill ounces.
Kalamazoo will pay Northern Star up to $17.25 million deferred cash consideration. This payment is contingent on 250,000t of ore being mined and 250,000oz of gold produced. There is also a 0.75% royalty payable to Northern Star on any subsequent gold being produced. Similar royalty structures will apply to other metals produced on the tenements
Can anyone confirm my thinking...
The above states that basically KZR effectively have an option to buy KZR. They could essentially pull 200,000 ounces out of the ground and pass the asset back to N.Star?? Not that I could imagine a miner ever doing this feasibly.
I just sold my little trading parcel. Figured I'm not doing enough research and bailed.
Will be researching the exploration ground however near both Degrey and Fosterville.
My quick trade is most probably a mistake.
