Don't really know captain - Stellar(SRZ) haven't let on yet that they're going to do a placement prior to listing - they are supposed to have $5mil cash and 37.7mil shares on issue - a nice tight capital structure at the moment and we could get an early kick-on with Lakes Oil drilling early next year.
Let's hope they don't have the same sufficient spread of shareholder problems that EDN have just gone through.
