My view is that no dividend will be paid. They basically exhausted their franking account with the last dividend and won't pay any tax to generate franking credits until the tax return is lodged for FY24 (lodgment will be sometime in FY25).
It would therefore be more efficient from a tax perspective to return funds to shareholders by an on-market buy back and start paying dividends when franking credits are available. Of course, an unfranked dividend could be paid but this will mean that funds are distributed in a most tax inefficient manner.
