Thanks, Moowee. I note several things from said article. First, they talk about it in terms of potential (thats wishy-washie). Second, and more importantly, we don't know what the magic material is. Nor can we judge whether its cost effective to produce/mine/synthesize? Nor whether it is commercially viable to scale and integrate, and how long it would take.
Those two elements alone allude to little more than another EV hopeium drug that may or may not be a thing by 2030, and not a concern for PLS or us at this time. IMO.
