Probably been investing longer than you Rolf. Nothing naive about it. If the raise price and amount is correct, then it’s very disappointing from management on both fronts, too heavily discounted and not enough! Whether we are a low cap stock or not, you have to factor in the positive sentiment as well, peer comparison and therefore it should be a much higher price. Looking at the charts we were ready to break out 6c plus considering we had absorbed all the 4c sell walls early this week. It was into break out territory. Stopped the momentum too soon. IMO if they shopped around for other institutions wanting to get involved in a CR then they would get a higher price and better deal. IMO management probably had buddies they wanted to hook up, or they don’t understand the market.
