RIM have been dealing with Michael Giovinnazo who has claimed to be the Managing Director of GPR. It is well known that since mid 2022, Oliver Douglas has also claimed that he is the Managing Director of GPR.
If it turns out that Giovinazzo loses the case in the Supreme Court of Victoria, then it must follow that the focus will be on the integrity of the dealings conducted by Giovinazzo as managing director of GPR during 2021 to the present. Interesting.
