    Lol I think just call a spade a spade. It makes no sense. You can buy shares on market for cheaper and start the same cgt clock.

    You can have an even brighter tomorrow by buying more shares with the same capital

    You can plant more seeds by buying on market lol

    The only advantage is that the company gets some capital and that's very selfless
