Maybe Trump wants to lose the case. Therefore no presidential immunity for crimes. Then Biden, Obama etc can all be prosecuted for their Real crimes. From my recollection he hasn't been charged for January 6th, or at least found guilty of insurrecting a riot, or for the classified docs. When it then goes to court if it gets that far for his supposed crimes, he will unleash the evidence that shows his innocence. As there is no presidential pardon as the precdent was set, Biden and others will pay for their crimes.
