Maybe the west strategy is to support Lynas for military purposes and let the public supply side go to China as the lowest cost producer. Long term we are supported by government contracts for military and research purposes so we are not dependent on China for that portion of market which would include space applications. Our limited market would carry on with prices determined on a government contract basis of which we are the primary if not only supplier to the west.
