It seems we have/had (not sure @ present) a new substantial Top 5 shareholder. What's interesting is during the 9 days between 2 separate published Top 50 Shareholders Lists dated the 17/10/23, & 26/10/23, Ayers Capital PTY LTD moved from No.26 spot with 14,959,227 shares, to No.5 spot with 91,882,304 shares.
This means the additional 76,923,077 shares added to Ayers Capital's holdings, if at the 1.3c share price, equals to exactly $1 million dollars. Could possibly be part of a shortfall shares placement.
Pretty bullish move. I'm not sure of the company, but what I can gather is that a fairly well respected trader on the ASX, is at the helm or part of the company.
