ADVICE RE PROPERTY SALE

Healthcare group, Stirling Products Limited (ASX:STI) advises that both the freehold
properties the Company owns in OConnell Street were passed in and not sold.
The Company will determine resolution to its position with regard to these properties
over the next several weeks.
Offers may be considered, however, the Company may also determine to hold the
properties as investments and lease them out.
The Company will advise the market accordingly as it finalises its position with
regard to the properties.
