Reading this announcement one interpretation is MG wants to focus on Dallwallinu. Does he see it as a smaller scale Julimar potential? And as a result MG has no time to manage the Czech projects.

The other interpretation is NKL was used as a vehicle to see what was in Czech projects - then flog the project to another entity where MG can have a board seat and NKL gets some shares in that new entity. If the new entity finds something in Czech the benefits are with that new entity largely, if not we’ll been a Director is still rewarding for MG.

Which is it?

I find this announcement totally strange.
