This is a step in the right direction. I appreciate that it’s only a MoU, but it’s a necessary step in the progression to securing an off-take.
The directors have the right to place the shortfall of $1.2m from the SPP at their discretion. It would be nice if the directors offered that shortfall to the Saudis and they accept it.
It would certainly put icing on the cake.
