    Kipper really you are itching to get into stock but haven't got the patience. If they had 7million in the bank they wouldn't be 1.6 cents. The possibilities of placing the shortfall of last capital raise takes time. That's the CEO job. Read into him then come back to me. Hes no fool or doggy as you stated.
