    5 Minute chart shows 2.5m dumped at 1.35pm

    Conclusion ... watch the close ... (Why didn't they wait until closer to the 22nd to exercise? Maybe because they don't want the SP falling further. So - no further notice of insider heads sales today (after close notice) Be a great sign for my money)
