ECE to proceed with completing an option agreement to acquire a significant minerals resource asset, the negotiations on which have reached its final stages,

The directors of E-Com Multi are pleased to announce that a formal proposal to has been received and is currently being assessed by the board for final consideration.

At this stage the Board is able to state that the successful completion of the due diligence is likely to lead to an option to acquire the identified resource asset.
